Q: How does mucuna bean support dopamine production and mood?

A: Mucuna Bean contains a constituent called L-dopa, which is a molecule that supports the synthesis of dopamine in the body. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter, is utilized by the brain to promote one’s motivation, feeling of pleasure, and balanced emotional health.

Symptoms that are expressed when your body needs dopamine pathways to be supported are: lack of focus, low mood swings, and restlessness of the mind and muscles.

Mucuna bean is best supportive of the body taken over time to balance the nervous system.*
