Q: Which herbs support focus and attention?
A: Some of my favorite herbs that support focus and attention are bacopa, Gotu kola, rosemary, and lion's mane.
These herbs contain active botanical constituents that support circulation to reduce stagnation, which is often found in the extracellular matrix and results in reduced energy transmission through the body. They also support cognitive function, focus, attention, and mental acuity. Combining these four potent nootropic herbs gives the nervous system the proper nutrients to thrive.
Formula Update
We added lion's mane, Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom with adaptogenic nootropic properties. It supports mood, nerve growth, and neurological function and is rich in beta-glucans that support immune modulation, and works synergistically with the herbal extracts for enhanced benefits.*
